Michelle, the founder of Feel Good Financial Planning (FGFP), has been making waves in the financial planning industry since 1997 and has been practicing as a financial adviser since 1999. A passionate and empathetic professional, Michelle is dedicated to truly understanding her clients’ needs and goals, delivering tailored, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. She is especially committed to empowering her clients to align their lives with their highest values and aspirations, helping them live the life they desire.
Michelle’s achievements are a testament to her excellence and dedication. She is the 2024 Women in Wealth National Financial Planner of the Year, the NSW/ACT Financial Planner of the Year, and earned the Highly Commended Woman of the Year accolade. These recent honours add to her impressive legacy, which includes the 2019 Financial Services Partners Adviser of the Year Award, being a Finalist in the 2019 Women in Finance Awards for Financial Adviser of the Year, and her practice being a 2020 finalist for Practice of the Year (2 Advisers and Under). Senior Financial Planner
David is an experienced Senior Financial Planner with 20 plus years of experience in the financial services industries, starting off with a major bank in 2001 before joining the Financial Planning industry in 2005 and becoming a Financial planner in 2006. His professional journey has been devoted to assisting individuals and families in transforming their dreams into reality.
David has completed a Master in Financial Planning in 2018 and he is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and Justice of the Peace. David specialises in retirement planning, wealth creation, and strategic wealth transfer.
Outside work you’ll probably find David chauffeuring his 2 kids to school sports or towing his camper around NSW visiting country towns. You will also find him at the local Parkrun every Saturday morning where he volunteers.

Olivia Hall | DipFinPlan
Senior Paraplanner
Olivia has been working in the financial planning industry since 1999, her aptitude for numbers and critical thinking skills set her apart from many others in the industry. This quality is what makes her ideal in her role as Senior Paraplanner, designing superannuation and investment strategies to help our clients achieve their goals and objectives. This role also requires a specialist understanding of tax law. Olivia combines her strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and business acumen in her extended role as Practice Manager. Her success is evidenced by the many happy clients we have, some with relationships spanning more than 20 years.
Olivia is a proud mum to two girls and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Gan is our superstar paraplanner at Feel Good Financial Planning, joining the team in July 2025 with over five years of experience in the financial planning industry. From day one, she’s brought an incredible level of care, precision and professionalism to everything she does.
Gan is a critical part of our paraplanning engine, supporting advisers with strategy modelling, research and preparation of clear, compliant advice documents.
Amy Clark | B.Com. Accounting & Finance
Client Experience Officer
Amy has been working in finance for the last 18 years. In 2004, she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce with a double-major in accounting and finance from the University of Wollongong. She has a passion for finance and enjoys her role supporting people implementing their financial decisions.
Amy joined the Feel Good Financial Planning team in July 2021 as she valued their progressive approach to work life balance. She is an instrumental part of The Feel Good team and has benefitted their clients with her extensive knowledge of financial planning including implementation processes and client care.
When Amy is relaxing, she loves spending time with her two children, walking with her hubby along the water on the South Coast and cooking for her young family.
